The lsland house is an extremely beautiful villa just by the water, the art in the house was the highlight for me apart from the location. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped. The only con for us was that car could not be parked on the property, but to be honest, the place was so beautiful that we didn’t even step out the two days we were there, food delivery was available, there was good internet connectivity and we could not as for anything more.

Fabin was a great host , though he was not available to meet , we talked over phone and he was very friendly and approachable for any problems and requirements.
The property is in an amazing location with amazing views, with few eateries available in kitchen! and the house has quite a lot of well preserved antique stuff which makes you think about how the world has changed!

A nice weekend getaway!

We had a superb family holiday for new year, very quiet and tranquil. Fabin is a great host, extremely helpful, flexible.

One of the most beautiful homestays I have stayed in. And really well maintained. Fabin was very helpful and we felt completely relaxed during the stay.
Highly recommended if you are around Kochi.

Great stay, fabin was a great host as well.
Parking was about a KM away but there was a autowala available at your beck and call.
Great space otherwise full of interesting history as fabin will delve into once you check in.
All in all highly recommended.
